Students are expected to follow all the rules strictly
1. Pay your fee on time as you will be charged rs.20/- per day as late fee fine.
2. Course fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
3. Complete your course on time. As extra time will not be allowed.
4. will be charged extra fee per month in case of extended period.
5. Diwali vacations: three weeks holidays and Christmas vacations 10 days holidays are given every year. course duration will be adjusted during given vacation.
6. Students are expected to give a leave application in case they have to take a break.
7. No summer vacations. Study leave for exams will be granted on request for college students.
8. Classes will remain closed on bank holidays, public holidays or on (heavy rainy days, optional).
9. Course content or syllabus won’t be altered at any condition or demand.
10. Only management have all rights to make changes in time table or syllabus.
11. Make your project submissions on time. Projects after due date won’t be accepted.
12. Exam dates once finalized won’t be changed.
13. Changes in your class timings is not allowed as it creates inconvenience for other students as well as for staff.
14. Keep cutting and writing table clear of bags and extra materials.
15. Keep your bags under your table or beside you chair.
16. Take care of your valuables (money, mobile and tools etc.
17. Always carry your complete tools kit , as borrowing tools from students is not allowed.
18. For writing sessions don’t occupy sewing machines as they are meant for stitching purpose. Sit in writing chairs in designing room.
19. Keep your class clean: throw all the waste paper, pencil shavings and fabric cutouts in dustbin. Maintain the cleanliness of wash basin or sink after using colour pallets.
20. Students are expected to be polite and respectful towards their teachers as well as classmates. Loud noise, harsh words and rude language will not be appreciated.
21. Management has all rights to terminate any student any time during the course on ground of misbehaving with teachers or breaking the above mentioned rules. Fees is non refundable in case of cancelation of course or termination of defaulting students.
